Key Responsibilities
According to information received, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of packaging maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Implementing preventative maintenance schedules to ensure packaging equipment functions optimally and prevent breakdowns.
- Monitoring budgets and repair costs, while identifying cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, including proper documentation and reporting.
- Overseeing installations and upgrades of new packaging equipment in collaboration with project teams.
- Diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, coordinating necessary repairs or replacements.
- Optimizing equipment performance by identifying potential upgrades and process improvements to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Experience Required

- Previous experience as a maintenance technician or supervisor in a packaging environment.

- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
Key Skills Required
