We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandise & Retail Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our online and offline merchandise operations, ensuring brand consistency, and driving sales through innovative strategies and exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:
The Merchandise & Retail Coordinator will oversee the merchandising strategy, inventory management, and sales performance for both our physical and online stores. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can balance inventory control, customer satisfaction, and promotional campaigns to enhance the retail experience and boost revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Manage stock levels for both online and physical merchandise stores.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely reordering and optimal inventory turnover.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Merchandising Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive merchandise sales across all channels.
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to the Hospitality Director.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Customer Experience:
- Oversee the layout and visual presentation of the physical store to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all merchandise and retail touchpoints.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the success of promotional campaigns and recommend improvements.

- Inventory turnover rate and accuracy of inventory records.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
