We are excited to announce the SAP Young Professionals Program Nigeria 2025, a transformative initiative designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and certifications needed to launch a successful career as an SAP Associate Consultant.

Program Overview:
The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free, intensive 2-month training program delivered by SAP’s Digital Skills Center. This program combines technical training, soft skills development, and globally recognized SAP certifications to prepare you for a career in the SAP ecosystem.

Upon completion, SAP will work closely with graduates to connect them with job opportunities at SAP customers and partners, helping them secure roles as SAP Consultants.

Role of an SAP Consultant:
As an SAP Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping businesses optimize their operations using SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Functional & Technical Expertise: Contributing to blueprinting, design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Customer Success: Ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing business process expertise, project guidance, and knowledge transfer.
• Innovation: Leveraging SAP’s intelligent technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, to drive business transformation.

What We Look For in Candidates:
To be eligible for the SAP Young Professionals Program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold the legal right to work in Nigeria.
• Be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to your career aspirations.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Have graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be requested).
• Demonstrate a strong interest in starting an SAP-related career that may involve travel.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Be available full-time (9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday) for the entire 2-month program.
• Have reliable internet access to participate in the virtual live classroom sessions.
