Role Overview

The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business needs, translating them into technology solutions, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The position involves gathering requirements, evaluating business processes, and designing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Develop technical solution designs and cost-effective proposals.
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes and workflows.
• Communicate the value proposition of company products and services.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications and system designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technology or Commercial field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT or a related technical service industry.
• Strong business analysis skills with a track record of designing and managing product solutions.
• Product sales, engineering design, or business analysis certification is an advantage.
