We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our online presence, building brand awareness, and engaging with our growing community of craft beer enthusiasts.

Job Summary:
The Social Media Content Manager will be responsible for managing Bature Brewery’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to enhance our brand presence. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for storytelling through digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
   • Administer and manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
   • Ensure all contact details, addresses, and promotions are up-to-date and accurate across all platforms.
   • Collaborate with other departments to gather input for the social media content calendar.
   • Organize and maintain the Bature Brewery Drive, ensuring all content is properly named, saved, and accessible.
   • Develop a content calendar at least 30 days in advance.
2. Content Creation:
   • Generate high-quality, on-brand content for all social media channels, including curated posts, on-the-fly updates, and campaign-specific materials.
   • Create, edit, and finalize engaging reels and other video content.
   • Prioritize content that supports brand development, craft beer education, and taproom promotions.
3. Strategy and Reporting:
   • Contribute to the development of Bature Brewery’s social media strategy and target setting.
   • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to boost engagement and reach.
   • Provide weekly updates on social media and marketing performance at senior management meetings.
   • Deliver monthly reports on KPIs, content plans, and strategy implementation.
   • Share customer feedback and insights with relevant department heads.
4. Contractor Management:
   • Build and maintain a database of contractors, including photographers, graphic designers, and filmmakers.
   • Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of content.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a reputable university.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X).
  • Strong content creation skills, including video editing and graphic design.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling through digital media.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
