We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead, Water and Gas Solution to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of water treatment, demineralization systems, hydrogen plant controls, and related equipment.

Job Summary:
The Team Lead, Water and Gas Solution will oversee all preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for water and gas systems. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Management:
   • Ensure adherence to breakdown and corrective maintenance schedules.
   • Develop and improve maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
   • Supervise and document all maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Periodically assess team members for training needs to ensure optimal performance.
   • Address personnel issues and escalate unresolved matters to higher management when necessary.
   • Provide leadership and support in the absence of the Unit Head.
3. Reporting & Documentation:
   • Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and special reports on maintenance activities.
   • Ensure all documentation complies with IMS (Integrated Management System) standards.
   • Maintain risk registers for breakdown and corrective maintenance, reviewing them periodically.
4. Resource Management:
   • Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
   • Support spare parts planning, budget preparation, and procurement activities.
5. Compliance & Safety:
   • Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines during maintenance activities.
   • Develop and periodically review plant patrol and monitoring checklists.
6. Strategic Improvement:
   • Implement strategies to improve plant performance, reliability, and sustainability.
   • Stay updated on the latest maintenance technologies and trends in power plant operations.

Education and Work Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Engineering.
• Certifications: Postgraduate or relevant professional qualification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Direct experience in I&C systems and power plant maintenance processes is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of power plant operations, emergencies, and maintenance technologies.
• Proficiency in using computational equipment and interpreting functional logic diagrams.
• Strong understanding of electrical, I&C maintenance, and plant operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
